RETURN POLICY

We accept timely returns of items subject to the following conditions:

    • Item has not been used
    • Item has not been worn
    • Item has not been stained
    • Item has not been washed
    • Item has not been altered
    • Item has not bee damaged 

Please note your return request must be submitted within 2 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected]

Your items must be returned in their original packaging, including any boxes, hangers, garment bags, and other signature packaging materials. All designer and DILINA tags must still be attached.

We do not accept returns on items sold on promotion, discount, or on sale.

Returns are eligible for store credit or refund to your original method of payment, excluding shipping cost and any bank charges incurred.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Submit your return request within 2 days of receiving your order by sending an email to [email protected] stating the reason for return. We will get in touch with you once the request is received and accepted, with instructions on how to proceed.


REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Shipping costs, customs paid, and bank charges will not be refunded for items returned.

Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 14 days for your bank to complete depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers and is not in our control.
